- PRO BAITING TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS - Method 1: Smear paste bait (peanut butter) on trigger pan, press sunflower seeds into it, cover with 1/4" hardware cloth to make squirrels work for it. Method 2: Flip trap over BEFORE setting, smear paste bait on ceiling above pan, flip back and set. Both methods focus squirrels on bait, not trigger. Tape one end closed for one-way entry.
