Arugula microgreens deliver the same signature peppery, nutty kick as mature arugula - but more concentrated, more tender, and ready from your own counter in less than a week. Non-GMO heirloom seeds, USA grown, triple-cleaned, and lab tested. Over 220,000 seeds per bag.

One pound of Todd's Seeds Arugula contains over 220,000 seeds - enough to fill up to 45 standard growing trays of fresh, peppery microgreens. Pile them onto pizza, toss into pasta, layer onto sandwiches, or finish any dish the way a chef would. Fresh, homegrown, and harvested exactly when you need them.

Add 1?2 teaspoons of arugula seeds to a tray or jar and moisten thoroughly. Arugula seeds are tiny - a little goes a long way.

Spread seeds evenly across your growing medium. Cover with a second tray or dark cloth for the first 2?3 days to encourage germination.

Remove the cover after 2?3 days when shoots appear. Move to indirect light and mist daily. You'll see rapid growth almost immediately.

In just 5-7 days your arugula microgreens are ready. Cut above the soil line, rinse, and use immediately - on anything that needs a peppery finish.
