Build Your Ortho Mosquito Defense
Add clean tap water to the fill line (about 1 gallon).
Hook the refill band onto the floater, then pour the powder and tablets into the water.
Place near landscaping, under trees, or beside the house. Keep away from patios and play areas, and out of reach of children and pets.
Replace the refill band every 30 days. Two bands per kit = two months of coverage. Subscribe & Save to stay protected.
How do I store leftover product?
Keep the refill packet in its tightly closed original container. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from children and animals. Best results: store below 73°F and avoid direct sunlight and heat.
How do I dispose of used refill bands and water?
Used refill bands and any leftover powder can go in the trash. Pour used water onto the ground, away from sewers or drains. Empty station can be placed in the trash.
Does this product work on all mosquito types?
Works on Aedes and Culex mosquitoes only ? the two species known to transmit West Nile Virus, Zika, Dengue Fever, and Chikungunya.

The station is designed to attract mosquitoes as a breeding site. The active ingredient prevents larvae from reaching adulthood. Live larvae in the bucket confirms the trap is working as intended.
