Lightweight and easy to transport blocks of compressed premium coir. When hydrated, these bricks expand into the renowned, RHP certified, Nutrifield Coco Premium with the same excellent liquid retention and friability properties.
The RHP quality mark ensures that the coir maintains a high level of consistency and quality, thoroughly rinsed, pH stabilized, pre-buffered with calcium and has a very low salt index.
Coir is derived from coconut husk and is often referred to as “coco”. Like soil, coco offers structural support to the plant roots, while also providing many additional desirable properties. Coco is inert, Organic, and extremely friable. It also has a high water retention capacity, which allows gardeners to feed plants less often as nutrients are retained by the coco around the plant roots.
