To avoid soil compaction and replenish nutrients, repot annually.
Check your plant’s tag for light needs and adjust placement as seasons change. South or west-facing windows with unobstructed light are great spots.
Watch for yellow or brown patches on leaves, which may mean the plant is getting too much direct sun. Rotate your plant regularly so it grows evenly and soaks up the sun from all sides.
