Free from artificial colourings, added sugars, sulphites and gluten, they are suitable for vegans or anyone looking to boost their vitamin intake.

These lemon slices are ideal for culinary use and creative decoration, making them an excellent choice for cocktails, stews, fruit teas, baking, sparkling water, mulled wine, yoghurt and salads, or for garnishing your dishes, festive wreaths, room decorations, dried flowers, scented candles, DIY crafts, or simply as a snack to enjoy on your own whilst hiking, at work or on a picnic.
? We use aluminium foil pouches for packaging, which block out light and air, helping to prevent the product from darkening due to oxidation. To prepare, simply place the dried slices in 50?80°C warm water and leave to stand for 3?5 minutes until rehydrated. You may add honey or rock sugar to taste. We recommend storing in the fridge.

No, our fruit slices aren’t overly sour or bitter. Due to the nature of citrus fruits, there’s a natural bitterness in the sweet-and-sour flavor that balances the taste. If you don’t like this bitterness, you can add some rock sugar or honey.
