In plant tissue culture, IBA is a plant hormone used to initiate root formation. - 4-10-3 FERTILIZER - These three numbers represent the primary nutrients: nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. A bag of 4-10-3 fertilizer contains 4% nitrogen, 10% phosphate, and 3% potash. - EASY TO APPLY - Product instantly mixes with water and the diluted solution should be applied by pouring directly onto the soil and roots. Carefully read and use according to label directions.
